Jerusalem cafe owner refuses to sell his cafe to Israel for $31 million

I would love to go there and enjoy food and tea at his cafe! The tunnels helped keep buildings cool, there are very intricate and brilliant architecture within the Middle East cities for water, cooling, and storing food. I am happy he is still alive, and I hope he can continue but with improved rights and peace!
