Gangs rule Haiti’s capital. Now angry citizens say they’re ready to revolt

Somehow France had the power to make them pay for the amount of money they figured they lost from not having the Haitians work their fields..... and until that debt was paid, they were not allowed to build infrastructure. The history is worth studying because there is a lot more corrupt things that happened and then there was that horribly strong earthquake (the one where the Clintons were involved in a scandal of stealing children from) where many were killed and didn't have houses to live in or medical facilities to care for them...... (and many thought they deserved it because of their religious practices) and then also hurricanes.... and more corruption..... Then the president was assassinated in 2021..... anyway..... there is a lot to discover.
