Congress is threatening to penalize the ICC. I will vote NO.

Thank you, Ro Khanna,, I am glad for your no vote. USA has been ignoring ICC all along, but the whole world sees what USA does. I am living in USA but do not support Israel and do support the ICC and the ICJ.
