(sort of) Justin Trudeau says Canada ready to recognise Palestinian state ’at most...

That was kind of a screwed-up way of saying that Canada always thought it should be a two state for both Israel and Palestine, and now they don't agree with Netanyahu, and they don't like what Hamas hasn't done, and they agree it should be two states, but not necessarily at the end of the process.... ....... but not giving any real answers or solutions or beliefs that hold any ground..... just left hanging.
