IDF has proven itself to be an enemy to Egypt and has shot at them, so why would Egypt put more soldiers in the line of fire, the war is not with Egypt. There should be outside assistance to get the aid safely in.... as well as outside investigations of crimes. Getting the supplies in is only a small part of getting it to the people of Palestine....
