Portland reacts to SCOTUS homeless camping ruling

Next up...... all people who can't afford to feed themselves and their families will be ticketed and face jail time....... anyone needing medical assistance will get tickets and face possible jail time..... How about any company, like Walmart and Amazon who don't pay taxes face taxes and or jail time..... How about stop sending weapons that kill to other countries but let the makers and sellers' profit....... and using that money to create affordable places to live for USA citizens?
