Ohio doctor accused of killing 14 patients by overprescribing pain meds

As a nurse, just to clarify this, nurses can tell pain from their training, and also somewhat timing for death by other body signs, such as color, respiration's, and their experience, which is how they can somewhat predict that it might be the last time needed, this is NOT that they killed the person.... rather kept them pain free and are able to SEE how the person is declining from their KNOWLEDGE of death signs. It is not an exact science, and we all have been surprised, however, it is the way it is.
