Has anyone thought why in the world would civilians hide out in a place that is almost for sure going to be a target? Are they hiding out there or are they forced to remain there? Russia agreed to have time for them to leave, Ukraine said no.... ??? Why not??? Run is what I would be doing.... if I could!!!!!!
