Something at night over roof on October 20, 2020

It looks like a UFO to me, no birds, no fuel dump, no cloud. It is so bizarre and interesting. I stopped and started it several times and I believe it is a UFO for sure..... but I don't know from where, could be US made or somewhere else made.
