I cannot read the shooters minds, but even if they were not targeting journalists, they were targeting innocent people who posed no threat to them, and they aimed directly at them as is seen. If the video is slowed down, we can see it clearly be fired out, fly through the air, and the target get blown into bits that flew into the air! So a bomb and machine gun fire directly at people who were innocent = murder. I am sure IDF could say they are HAMAS, but whatever the excuse, it happened.
